Customer Reviews
Overall rating: 5.0 / 5 from 26 reviews.
Fine sunflower seed is what the birds need in the cold and snow. It’s all that I use. I switched to open feeders for access by more birds. Tube feeders for rain or snow to keep the seed dry. I am saving so much money and wasted seed by using just sunflower seed. Even have a family of woodpeckers who have learned to eat from the tube feeder!
I buy this seed because it is clean. Not much powder.
Great for all kinds of birds! This is all I use in my feeders!
my birds love the seeds.
I have been a customer of Elk Mound Seed for some time. I was searching for sunflower seed, in bulk, because buying seed 10 lbs at a time was so expensive. I also wanted sunflower seed because it is shelled, no waste. I store the seed in a metal trash can. Previous videos will show that the birds love it!
This is the only seed I use. Birds love it, no waste.
The birds love your seed and so do I.
I only use your sunflower seed. The larger 50 lb. bag saves so much money! The seed in stores are not the same quality. The medium cut seed is perfect for winter weather.
This is the perfect all weather seed. My feeders always crowded! Recent snow was a great example!
Seed is clean. Very little chaff. Fair price. Shipping cost seems a little high
product exactly as described. Delivered in a timely fashion.
You guys' rock.
super fast shipping, dry and clean!
Food came directly as described. The animals love it.
It was actually hearts and many chips, but worked out fine
Love it, my birds love it, I need to order more!
Quick shipment. Birds and squirrels are happy.
They are perfect for my bird feeder no messy shells and the squirrels clean up underneath. Thanks,
My nephew picks them up when he is in the area and we both have been very satisfied with both the product and the service. Thank you, Walt
I order online and my nephew picks up, it has been great hassle free and the birds love the hearts. Thank You,
Good size for smaller birds.
Like the size of the seed. My birds are devouring it. As my birds feed, some of the seed spills over onto the ground which provides a great secondary feeding area…especially for doves that have a hard time balancing on my feeders perch’s.
The product had excellent packaging, was received in a timely manner and was very clean (very few shell pieces or extraneous material). Communication was also excellent. There were a few more whole kernels than I would have liked but overall it was great product that I wouldn’t hesitate to order again.
