How can I check my order status?

Click on the View My Order link in your Order Confirmation email.
How do I cancel my order?

Simply follow the link in your order confirmation order email and click Request Refund.
How do I know if my order is confirmed?

You will receive an email confirming your order has been placed.
What payment methods do you accept?

Shipping & Returns
How can I track my order?

Once your order label has been created, you will receive an email confirming your order is on its way. This will include a link to track your order. You can also use the Shop App to track your order.
Am I able to return my order?

We accept most unopened orders in store. If you ordered a product online on accident, please request a refund within the same business day.
How do I handle damaged product?

If you ever receive a product that is damaged from us, give us a call and we will work with you to make it right.
Can I apply returned product towards purchase of another product?

We can provide a credit memo on your account minus any applicable restocking fees.
